The Igunnuko keepsake inspired by the Igunnuko masquerade which originated from Nupe land and diffused from Bida to Awori land. Igunnuko is traditionally believed to be a secret cult used in hunting and terrorizing witches as well as driving away evil forces within the community.
Igunnuko dresses in robes of varying colors. Igunnuko is cylindrical in shape and about 4 meters tall. It is said to be the tallest masquerade in West Africa). It varies in size and could be as small as 1.5 meters.
